Yowch! That looks painful. Luckily no bones were broken in the making of this decorative jar. This black stoneware jar is made using hand building methods, and is therefor, a bit wonky. The wonk is the nature of the product, and all hand built items are a little wonky in their own way. Some people like to use the term "wabi sabi". However, I am not one of them.
Made from black stoneware with hand painted white underglaze details. The inside is glazed with a matte white glaze that IS NOT FOOD SAFE. Dry goods, small bones, rocks, your collection of toenail clippings, just nothing liquid that you are intending to eat, ok?
